We're Carolina Pro Restoration LLC — the team our customers call CPR. We're headquartered at 3650 Centre Circle, Suite I, right here in Fort Mill, South Carolina, and most of our crew lives in the same York County and south Charlotte neighborhoods we work in every day.

We started this company because we saw the same problem over and over: a family has a water emergency, a franchise company shows up to rip out the wet drywall, and then leaves the homeowner to find their own painter, their own flooring guy, and their own contractor to put the house back together. Three companies, three schedules, three invoices, nobody in charge.

We do it differently. One phone call, one project manager, one team from the moment we pull the water out to the moment we finish the final coat of paint. We handle the emergency extraction, the structural drying, the mold prevention, and the full rebuild — and we document everything in Xactimate so your insurance claim moves fast with no surprises.

We're licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina (SC License #70177448), IICRC certified for water restoration and mold remediation, and we answer our own phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
